Trim chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toss chicken in cornstarch mixture until coated.

Cook chicken in hot oil, flipping over halfway through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.

Whisk the sauce ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer.

Add the chicken back into the skillet. Cook over low heat for a few minutes until heated through.

Serve the orange chicken with some white rice along with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds!
