Cook tortillas in hot oil until the edges start to crisp up. Spread refried beans on one half of each of the tortillas

Sprinkle shredded cheese on the other half of the tortilla. Season. Add meat, if desired.

Drizzle with Sriracha, and sprinkle with cilantro. Once cheese has melted, fold each tortilla over.

Cut each tortilla in half. Serve with additional chopped cilantro, salsa, and/or guacamole. Enjoy!

Can I make quesadillas ahead of time and reheat them?
While these quesadillas are best enjoyed fresh, you can prep them ahead of time, just save cooking them until you’re ready to dig in.
