There are 4 full meals in the dinner plan. Since people generally have a routine with breakfast and lunch, we found it most useful to stick with only recipes for dinner.
How many recipes are in the dinner plan?
There are anywhere from 5-8 recipes in each dinner plan, depending on how many are full meals versus having a main dish and one or two side dishes.
How many people is this dinner plan for?
This dinner plan can feed a family of 4 with minimal leftovers for 4 nights, or 2-3 people with leftovers for 3-4 lunches.
Does the dinner plan follow any specific diets?
As with every recipe on Evolving Table, all dinners can easily be made gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Most can be made dairy-free, as well.
How much does this dinner plan cost?
